Hello, the hotel is luxurious and stunning, we really enjoyed it, there is no doubt that we will return service above and beyond and all the indulgences are perfect, just thing 1 dinner on Thursday night was not something meaty because it was quite cold and less spicy.

A quality hotel with all the comforts you ask for. The staff is courteous, the food is excellent, we also enjoyed the location that allows hiking to lovely corners and close access to malls and entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The remarkable level of cleanliness of the food was deliciously varied and aesthetically pleasing. Too bad it's not kept warm. The atmosphere and service are pleasant for the guests.

This is the first second visit was on 3/21. There is a decrease in the level of cleanliness and quality of food on weekdays. The breakfasts remained good and so did the dinner on Friday. The service is good and courteous

Care is required in the rooms. Soap, towels, coffee bags in the room as well as cleaning and garbage removal are welcome.

The hotel overall was excellent, enjoyed every moment we were there. The thing that bothered us was the meals at the hotel. Admittedly the service of the staff was excellent but there was a lack of variety of dishes especially at the Friday evening meal and on Saturday. Nevertheless we recommend to get an experience at the hotel.

צוות המלון היה אדיב ומקצועי בצורה בלתי רגילה בדגש על צוות חדר האוכל. החדרים נקיים ומתוחזקים. הצוות הקפיד בצורה מצויינת על נהלי הקורונה מה שיצר תחושה של בטחון. לשיפור: הפעלך הבריכה ביום חמישי מאוחר יותר מ-18:00.

פעמיים באתי לסאונה יבשה, היא הייתה קרה, לא מופעלת, הופעלה עם הגעתי, רק אחרי 40 דק הטמפרטורה הגיעה ל-80 מעלות - כמו שצריך.

מיקום המלון מצויין והשירות מעולה של כל העובדים; מהקבלה, דרך חדר האוכל ועד התחזוקה . הצפייה מהנקיון ראיון עם עובדת המלון אצל פאולה וליאון היתה פחות מהתמורה; לא מחליפים מגבות בערב, לא ממלאים את מוצרי הטאלוטיקה בכל המוצרים. לצערי שילמנו על במלון למעט השידרוג של החדר לסוכן כי לא השגתי את המלון..

החדר שקיבלנו היה צמוד לבר המלון וכל ערב היה רעש מילא של מוזיקה הזזת כיסאות ושולחנות. החדר כנראה משמש כחדר ביטחון.

הממד שבו שוכנו ומיקומו במלון חדר 112 גרם לנו למורת רוח. ניתן היה לצפות שנדע מראש שמדובר בממד, וכמו כן היה צפוי שכאשר מתפנים חדרים יאפשרו לנו לעבור לחדר אחר.

מלון מקסים חדרים יפים מאוד שירות מעולה , אבל גולת הכותרת היתה מנהלת המשק אם אני לא טועה קוראים לה חנה אישה אדיבה מאוד ומקצועית , כשהגעתי בשיא הקורונה ביקשתי ישר להחליף מצעים אפילו שהחדר היה מבריק , מנהלת המשק הגיעה עם סדינים וציפות להחלפה והסבירה לי שהכל מבריק, שהכל הוחלף, אבל לשיקול דעתי, אהבתי בקיצור מלון מקסים

Indeed everything was excellent, kind and enlightening staff good food, but we got room 309 which has a separating door, the other room, no insulation and we heard everything done I think you have to worry about it, this rope is really impeccable everything else was wonderful
